As part of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Week, the Faculty Association is sponsoring a presentation on the Duty to Accommodate.

In this presentation, you will learn about the employer’s duty to accommodate employees’ individual needs on all grounds of discrimination under the Alberta Human Rights Act. In particular, this session will focus on accommodations related to illness and disability.
