Included in the settlement for the Collective Agreement (2022-2024) were three Letters of Understanding (LOUs) establishing joint committees tasked with reviewing the merit process, workload, and benefits.
In preparation for the committee meetings, Department Representatives provided feedback during the November meeting for each of these committees. These committees, which began meeting in December 2022, will continue working on these important matters over the coming months.
